Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include the registrant’s name, district/agency, phone number and email address.
Cancellations prior to October 13, 2019 will be granted a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Following this date, no refunds are available.
Prior to October 13, 2019, a registrant may substitute their attendance with someone else from the same district/agency without additional charge. Please email your request to email@example.com including the registrant’s name, district/agency, phone number and email address as well as the substitute’s name, district/agency, phone number and email address. No substitutions may be made after October 13, 2019.
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation).
